Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Sky To Homes, we strive to deliver exceptional drone videography and photography services to all our clients. To ensure clarity and transparency, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
- Booking Confirmation:
- Upon booking our services, a confirmation email will be sent to the client detailing the agreed-upon services, date, time, and any other relevant information.
- Cancellation by Client:
- 48 Hours Notice: Clients may cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled service time without incurring any cancellation fee.
- Less than 48 Hours Notice: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service time will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.
- Rescheduling:
- Clients may reschedule their booking without any additional charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled service time. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service time may incur a fee of 25% of the total service cost.
- Cancellation by Sky To Homes:
- In the unlikely event that Sky To Homes needs to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or equipment failure, we will offer the client the option to reschedule at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, we will provide a full refund for the canceled services if prepaid.
No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Sky To Homes maintains a strict no-refund policy for all completed services. Once a service has been rendered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and consistency for all clients.
